[For corporates]

Sports days, team building, company fitness and family days.

We build corporate days where everyone takes part: the person who trains five times a week and the person who has not run since school, on the same pitch, with a real result at the end. That is a design problem, and it is the difference between 500 competing and 500 watching.

[What you can brief us on]

Corporate sports day

The whole company competing across a mix of sports and challenges, scored so a mixed-ability team can genuinely win. Built for a hundred people or two thousand.

Inter-department and inter-company championships

A league or championship that runs across weeks or months, with a table people check, between departments, offices, or against other companies in your industry.

Team building and challenge days

Problem-solving, physical challenges and competition designed to actually mix teams up, rather than seat them together at lunch.

Corporate fitness and wellbeing programmes

Multi-week activity, step and training challenges that run in the background of the working week, with live leaderboards and reporting by team and site.

Family and community days

Open to partners and children, with formats that work for a six-year-old and a forty-year-old on the same lawn.

Conference, offsite and summit activations

A competition, challenge or physical session built into an internal event, so the agenda is not eight hours of sitting down.

Awards, celebration and hospitality events

End-of-year, milestone and recognition events, delivered with the same operational discipline as everything else we run.

Client and stakeholder hospitality at our events

Bring clients to Primal Race, the Precision Series or WODON3 as guests or as a team.

We can run the whole thing, or take over an event that is already half-planned and not going well.

Designed so nobody stands at the side.

The formats have to be winnable by someone who does not train and still competitive for someone who does. We build the scoring so mixed-ability teams can genuinely win, run inclusive entry so nobody self-excludes, and report participation by team, department and level rather than headcount at the gate.

What you get back.

A participation rate, not an attendance figure Reporting by department, site and ability level Photography and content you own Teams that actually mixed, because the format forced it A format that can repeat annually and get bigger
